Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GetRizz iOS app and the website at getrizzai.app(together, the “Service”), provided by Etko Design OÜ (“GetRizz”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use GetRizz. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and payments

GetRizz offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person.
  • Generate or share content involving minors in a sexual context.
  • Generate sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful content directed at a real, identifiable person without consent.
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models, except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to train another AI model.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI-generated content

GetRizz uses a third-party large language model (Google Gemini) to generate suggested replies. Output is generated by an AI based on the input you provide and may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for what you choose to send to other people. Treat AI suggestions as drafts, not advice.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, sending it to our AI provider to generate a reply).

Intellectual property

The Service, including the GetRizz name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Etko Design OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE, OR LEAD TO ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETKO DESIGN OÜ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Tallinn, Estonia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
