Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information GetRizz (“we”) collects when you use the GetRizz iOS app, why we collect it, and what we do with it. GetRizz is operated by Etko Design OÜ, registered in Estonia.
What we collect
GetRizz collects four types of data, all used solely to operate the app:
- Name - the name you provide when you sign up.
- Email address - used to create your account and contact you about your account.
- Photos or videos - screenshots of conversations you choose to upload, sent to our AI to generate replies.
- Emails or text messages - the content of chats you paste or that we read from a screenshot, used to generate replies in your conversation history.
All four are categorized in App Store Connect as Used for App Functionality. We do not collect or use any of this data for tracking or advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account.
- To generate AI replies for the chats you upload or paste.
- To save your conversation history so you can revisit it.
- To verify your subscription with Apple.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run GetRizz, and only to the extent each one needs to do its job:
- Clerk - handles sign-up, sign-in, and account management.
- Google (Gemini) - generates AI replies from the screenshots and messages you submit.
- Apple - processes in-app purchases and Sign in with Apple.
- Fly.io - hosts our backend.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records (for example, transaction receipts for tax purposes).
Your choices
You can delete any conversation from inside the app. You can delete your entire account from Settings → Account → Delete Account, which removes your data permanently. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or export your data - email us and we'll help.
Children
GetRizz is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use TLS in transit and encryption at rest, and only the service providers listed above can access your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
