This Privacy Policy explains how Etko Design OÜ (“GetRizz”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the GetRizz iOS app and the website at getrizzai.app(together, the “Service”).
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in we receive your email address and a unique user identifier from our authentication provider (Clerk) and, if you choose Sign in with Apple, the limited identifiers Apple shares with us.
Conversation content you submit
When you upload a screenshot or paste text into the app, that content is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate a reply. We store a record of your conversations in your account so you can revisit them from your devices. You can delete any conversation at any time from within the app.
Subscription and purchase data
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive the receipt and transaction identifiers needed to verify your subscription status. We do not receive your payment card information.
Device and diagnostic data
We collect basic technical information needed to operate the Service, including device type, iOS version, app version, and crash logs. This helps us diagnose issues and improve reliability.
How we use information
- To provide the core features of the Service (generating replies, saving your conversations, restoring purchases).
- To verify subscriptions and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve the Service and fix bugs.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we need to run GetRizz, and only to the extent required for them to perform their function:
- Clerk — authentication and account management.
- Google (Gemini API) — generating AI replies based on the content you submit.
- Apple — processing in-app purchases and Sign in with Apple.
- Fly.io — hosting our backend infrastructure.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
Data retention
We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your conversation history and account data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records (for example, transaction receipts for tax purposes).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights from inside the app (Settings → Account) or by emailing privacy@getrizzai.app.
Children
GetRizz is not directed to children under 17 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We are based in Estonia and may process your data in the European Union and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data and notify you in the unlikely event of a breach affecting your account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
